Booking Notes

Unless otherwise stated, all rates listed are based on a minimum 2 night stay.
Surcharges may apply for a 1 night booking.
Rates quoted are only applicable to SADC Residents. Special discounted rates for all other International Residents are available on request.

All rates exclude the following:
Timbavati Conservation Levy of R368 per adult per day & R184 per child per day (under 12 years), which needs to be pre-paid with the accommodation costs on confirmation of the booking. (Subject to change)
Gate Entrance Fee of R160 per vehicle for self-drive guests. Payable at the gate and subject to change

Child Policy:
Children of any age are welcome, subject to the following room-sharing options and rates:

One child 0 - 5 years sharing with one or two adults will stay free of charge
One child 6 - 16 years sharing with one or two adults will be charged 50% of the adult sharing rate
Children 6 - 16 years in their own room (maximum three children per room) will be charged as per the below:
- 1st child: full adult rate
- 2nd child: 50% of adult rate
- 3rd child: 50% of adult rate
