Booking Notes
The road from the gate to the lodge is not accessible by normal or 4x4 vehicles and therefore guests are transferred from the welcoming lounge (situated at the gate) to the lodge
Arriving guests will be picked up from the welcoming lounge at 14h30
Departing guests will depart from the lodge at 11h00 to arrive back at the welcoming lounge at 11h30
Transfers at reasonable alternative times will be charged an additional fee of R 350 per vehicle per way and must be pre-arranged prior to arrival. (Subject to change & vehicle availability)
Child Policy:
0 to 5 year olds are regrettably not allowed at Nkomazi Game Reserve
The Family Tents will need to be used should there be 1/2 children traveling with 2 adults – Maximum 4 pax
1 child is able to share with one adult in a Deluxe Tent – child rate will apply No child/children under the age of 12 may occupy a tent without an adult
Children aged 6 to 9 years may join game drives at the discretion of the guide
Persons should be 16 years or older for bush walks or mountain biking
