Booking Notes

Minimum stay 2 nights

Single supplement – 50% of the per person sharing rate

Gate Fees to be paid directly at the Lodge - R 180 per adult per stay & R 80 per child, (under 12 years), per stay

If guests fly into the Madikwe, the park entrance fee would be charged directly at the lodge - R 240 per visitor per stay and R 150 per child per stay

Bed levy of R5.75 per person per night. (Subject to change)

A Madikwe Guest Conservation Contribution Fee of R 152 per adult per night & R 76 per child (under 12 years) per night applies. The fees are subject to change and are to be settled at the lodge direct

Child Policy:
Children under the age of 12 are permitted on safari at the sole discretion of the manager or guide.
Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on safari, and where possible, a kiddies safari will be arranged between normal safari times.
The lodge reserves the right to impose similar restrictions for family unit guests if it is believed that safety may be compromised.
Baby sitting facilities can be arranged at the lodge at an additional charge.
When sharing with 2 adults, children aged 2-11 years will pay 50% of the adult rate Children under 2 years of age will stay free of charge
