Booking Notes

Unless otherwise stated, all rates listed are based on a minimum 2 or 3 night stay, dependent on travel dates. Surcharges may apply for a 1 night booking.

Rates quoted are only applicable to South African Residents. Discounted rates for International Residents are available on request.

The Timbavati Conservation Levy is R 368 per person per day & R 184 per child (under 12 yrs) per day, which needs to be prepaid with the accommodation costs on confirmation of the booking.

Rhino Disharmony Levy – R 50 per person per stay – effective 01 April to 30 November 2019. (Subject to change)

Entrance Fee of R 150 per vehicle applies, for self-drive guests, subject to change.

Child Policy:
Children under the age of 16 are only permitted when booking the lodge exclusively

Children under 6 years of age may not participate in game drives; children aged 6 – 9 years may join game drives at the discretion of the guide

Child minding service is done by the hotel/lodge staff – available upon request and can be arranged at an additional cost
